October!

October has been a busy month so far! We have been learning many new and exciting things! In Science, we have been learning about the 5 senses. In ELA we have been learning new sight words, practicing our phonetic spelling, learning about syllables and rhyming, and Daily 5 centers. Students are very excited to start reading on RAZ Kidz. In French, we have been learning new songs, poems and vocabulary related to our units of study.  In Math we have been learning about addition, counting in French, problem solving and much more!

Students attended a concert which was funded by Canadian Parents for French. Gerald Laroche tells stories using sounds and musical instruments.
